    • Both. At night I will make a list of things I did not get done, as well as all of the things I did get done. Puts my mind at easer so I can sleep better…I have a wired brain. In the morning writing down what I want to accomplish is part of my morning routine.

  1. I do both. I will sometimes review my list and what I did not complete will be written out the night before. However, the majority of the time I do it in the morning. Also, you can review the past week and preview the upcoming week on Sunday.
